We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity as a Community Use Coordinator on a full-time basis in Aldinga.

The Position:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including correspondence, documentation and accurate record-keeping, facilitating clear communication between the Commercial Operations Manager, school staff, council representatives, and community groups.
  • Monitor service contracts and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Provide training and information on the operation of the Help Desk for staff and users, updating and reporting on the progress of rectification for any Service Failures or Service Requests made to the Help Desk.
  • Assist in the coordination of subcontractor works including inductions, verifying clearances (working with children check), licenses and accreditations (where possible), completion of works, and duration on site.
  • Support the Commercial Operations Manager by managing the school-use booking system and maintaining the master schedule, facilitating access for School, Commercial, Council and Community users in line with the Community and Commercial Use Plan.
  • Assist with the administration of contract management systems in line with Site Operation Plans.

What You Need:

  • Either possess or willing to get a Work With Children Check
  • National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue
  • Current Driver's License
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an operational office environment.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of safety issues relevant to position and a strong commitment to safe working practices
  • Thoughtful decision-making and practical solution development
  • Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to partner with on-site service providers
