Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Security Guard at our Wacol-Brisbane location, employed on a Part time basis.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entry and exit of staff, visitors, and contractors
- Patrol premises to detect and deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents with professionalism and urgency
- Operate communication systems and maintain situational awareness
- Inspect and adjust security systems and equipment
- Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
- Promote a safe and secure environment through proactive engagement
- Act in accordance with site-specific SOPs and ISS policies
- Perform concierge duties (if applicable), including front desk management and visitor coordination

🙌 What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Valid Security Licence (State-specific)
- Current Driver’s Licence (preferred)
- Experience in security, customer service, or team-based environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Commitment to safety and compliance
Desirable:
- Experience in concierge or front-of-house roles
- Background in customer care, control, or management
