We are seeking a proactive and tech‑confident Workplace Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our client’s office and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors and senior executives.
This role combines reception support, workplace presentation, facilities coordination, AV and meeting room support, and event assistance — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating a polished environment, and thrives in a corporate setting.
We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Workplace Facilities Assistant to support day‑to‑day office operations across a professional corporate environment. This role is part of a high‑performing Workplace team and is responsible for ensuring the office remains safe, presentable, and well‑supported for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities

Office operations — Resolve daily workplace issues and escalate where appropriate.

Workplace presentation — Maintain cleanliness across office, kitchen, and shared spaces.

Supplies management — Order, restock, and monitor consumables and office supplies.

Meeting & event support — Set up rooms, move furniture, organise catering, and maintain room tidiness.

Reception coverage — Provide front‑of‑house support including calls, visitor management, and courier handling.

Vendor coordination — Liaise with building management and external service providers.

Safety & emergency roles — Act as First Aid Officer and Evacuation Warden.

AV support — Assist with basic meeting room technology and troubleshooting.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Workplace Facilities Manager.
About You

Experience in a corporate or professional environment

Strong organisational skills and a proactive work ethic

Professional presentation and communication skills

Customer‑service mindset with the ability to build strong relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

General knowledge of IT systems and workplace technologies and AV Troubleshooting

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., furniture movement)
