The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a local community to join our Karratha Resources Team.
Reporting to the onsite Village Manager, the primary objective of these roles is to assist in all front of house administration/reception and finance administration as required in a safe and efficient manner while providing a high-quality service to guests.
This role is a Fly-in-fly-Out basis, flying from Perth to our sites at Karratha. For Karratha locals, this position is also available on a Drive-In-Drive-Out basis from Karratha to our Village.
- HIGA Award Level 2 Salary of $77, 281.19 + Super.
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.
The Position:
ISS is seeking an experienced Administrator/Reception Attendant to lead our on-site department, provide an excellent administrative and customer service, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with all information passed through reception to staff and management.
- Oversee the Village Administration/Front Office/Reception operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer focused service within the Facility Management Industry.
- Assist in all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.
- Regular liaison with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority.
- Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness standards are maintained while meeting productivity goals.
- Site plane Bookings and Accommodation Bookings as required.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely invoices for the village services.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative position, preferably in hospitality or accommodation booking.
- Ability to resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Knowledge of INX & RMS beneficial.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency essential.
- As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.
- Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass pre-employment medical.
- Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred).
