Be part of something bigger. Be part of ISS. ISS is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility Manager to support a national telecommunications client across a multi-site NSW portfolio. Based in Sydney, this full-time role reports to the Key Account Manager and is responsible for the operational delivery of FM services—ensuring zero network outages and seamless continuity of facilities assets 24/7.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Oversee planned, reactive, and capital works to maintain asset standards
• Conduct audits of field workforce and contractors against HSEQ policies
• Build strong relationships with client representatives through regular meetings
• Act as the building owner’s representative for all designated facilities
• Manage site-related issues, incidents, and restoration activities
• Provide technical expertise and site intelligence to support client needs
• Coordinate maintenance and capital work with end users
• Review service delivery methods and drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with Asset Management and National Call Centre to manage subcontractors
• Ensure budget adherence and compliance with variation processes
• Support development and execution of asset management plans
• Uphold ISS and client quality standards across all activities

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in facility management, business administration, or project management preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Understanding of telecommunications, critical infrastructure or technical service environments
• Risk management mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Confident communicator with sound judgment and prioritization skills
• Must pass National Police Check and Anti-Money Laundering check

✅ Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a similar FM role
• Data Centre experience highly regarded
• Current NSW Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor license or Qualified Supervisor Certificate
