  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits and quality reviews.
  • Lead event preparation, operational delivery and post-event evaluations.
  • Resolve operational issues and continuously improve service delivery.

About You

You will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience leading large and diverse teams.
  • Strong rostering, workforce planning and labour management capability.
  • Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
  • A current New Zealand Driver Licence.

Experience within stadiums, major events, hospitality venues or large-scale service operations will be highly regarded.
